Stoky is 100% free for businesses selling less than 10K $ per month. If you are selling more, take a look at your pricing page.

Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. If you downgrade to a plan with less sales volume than you currently have, all your transactions will still be accessible but you wont be able to record new ones.
